Refund & Returns Policy
We accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetics cannot be returned. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items may qualify for a replacement or refund.
